This Masterclass provides a comprehensive and practical roadmap for managing the unhappy post-cataract patient. Through stepwise lectures delivered by experienced surgeons, participants will learn how to evaluate these patients systematically, apply preventive and management strategies and execute IOL exchange safely when required. The session concludes with principles to reduce future dissatisfaction through better patient selection, personalised IOL choice, expectation alignment and preoperative planning.
