APACRS has negotiated preferential room rates with the Royal Cliff Group of Hotels. We highly recommend staying at one of these four 5-star properties, all conveniently located in proximity and walking distance to the convention centre.
Please note that rooms at these special rates are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to secure your preferred accommodation early by booking directly through the respective official hotel booking links provided below.

- Bookings without payment will be automatically released
Amendments & Cancellation Policy
- No charge will apply if cancellation is made by 14 April 2026, 23:59hrs (UTC +7:00).
- In the event of no-show or cancellation from 15 April 2026, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Terms
- Delegates are responsible for settling all personal bills directly with the hotel prior to departure
- Credit Card guarantee is required for all reservations
- Guest must present the original credit card at the receptionist upon checking in
Cancellation Policy
- No charge will apply if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival
- Two (2) nights’ room charge will apply for cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival
- No-show charges will be applied as per the booking
