Request for an official Letter of Invitation

The 38^th APACRS-55th RCOPT Joint Meeting conference organizer will be pleased to issue registered and fully paid delegates and participating exhibitors with an official letter of invitation to facilitate the application for a conference visa.

This letter is not a financial commitment from the conference organizer or a guarantee of a successful visa application. This letter will be issued only upon receipt of full payment of your meeting registration.

Please submit your request by 4 May 2026, 23:59hrs (UTC+08:00). Please note that we are unable to process requests received after this date.
