  • Timing: Presentations are strictly limited to a maximum of 5 minutes.
  • Slide Format: Please ensure your PowerPoint slides are set to a 16:9 aspect ratio. Limit your presentation to no more than 10 slides and keep your presentation content concise.
  • Upload Requirements: Files must be uploaded in the Speaker Preview Room at least 3 hours prior to your session start time.
  • Conflict of Interest (COI): A COI declaration must be included on your first or second slide. Please note that presentations without a COI declaration will not be eligible for Best Paper of Session (BPOS) consideration.
  • Attendance: Presenters are encouraged to attend the entire session. If a preceding presenter is absent, your speaking time may be moved forward.
