Airport Transfer Service
- Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Suvarnabhumi Airport is Thailand’s main international gateway, located to the east of Bangkok. It primarily serves full-service international airlines (e.g. Thai Airways, Emirates, Singapore Airlines).
This is the preferred airport for overseas delegates travelling to Pattaya, as it connects directly to the motorway leading south, allowing travellers to bypass Bangkok city traffic entirely. - Travel Time to Pattaya: Approximately 1.5 hours
- Suvarnabhumi Airport is Thailand’s main international gateway, located to the east of Bangkok. It primarily serves full-service international airlines (e.g. Thai Airways, Emirates, Singapore Airlines).
- Don Mueang Airport (DMK)
- Don Mueang Airport is Bangkok’s former main airport, located in the north of the city. It now primarily handles domestic flights and low-cost carriers.
- Travel Time to Pattaya: Approximately 2.5 – 3 hours
- U-Tapao Rayong-Pattaya International Airport (UTP)
- U-Tapao Airport is located just south of Pattaya and is a civil–military airport. While it offers the shortest transfer time, flight options are limited in terms of airlines and schedules compared to BKK and DMK.
- Travel Time to Pattaya: Approximately 45 mins

CANCELLATION POLICY
- All rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- All rates include chauffeur-driven vehicle service.
- Additional charges may apply for special requests, extended service hours, or route deviations from the confirmed itinerary.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
Bookings without payment will be automatically released. - All airport transfer bookings must be made online using the official booking link provided by SP Limousine.

For any changes, amendments, or special requests, please contact SP Limousine directly via email or phone. Please quote your booking number and make requests at least 6 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 1 day in advance. Otherwise, the full amount will be charged as a penalty.
If eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your credit card account. Please note that banks typically require up to 10 business days to process refunds; however, some banks may take 15–30 days or until the next billing cycle. SP Limousine & Service is not responsible for bank processing timelines. Refunds will be converted to local currency by the credit card provider.

Please be aware of unauthorised agencies falsely claiming to provide official accommodation, transport, exhibition, or media for the 38th APACRS – 55th RCOPT Joint Meeting.
