Please read the registration terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with online or group registration. If payment is not received within the 14-working-day grace period, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.

Group registration is available for groups of more than 5 delegates.

Payments will be processed through the PayPal portal.
A PayPal account is not required to complete the payment.

2) Telegraphic Transfer

Note: All bank charges and currency exchange fees are to be borne by the remitter.
Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment at the prevailing rate(s).

Replacement or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat no later than 29 April 2026. 

A handling fee of 5% of the registration fee, along with any applicable bank charges, will be deducted from each cancelled registration.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 29 April 2026.
Approved refunds will be processed after the annual meeting.

Name badges must be worn at all times during the congress and social events. Badges are non-transferable.

A replacement fee of USD 50 per badge applies for lost badges.

For safety reasons, children under the age of 18 will not be allowed to enter the scientific and exhibition halls at any time. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the premises at its discretion.
