Resident/Trainee/Fellow Rate
To qualify, please provide a verification letter from your department head or fellowship sponsor. The letter must accompany your registration and be emailed to [email protected].

Early Bird Rate
To enjoy early bird rates, payment must be received by the stated deadlines.

APACRS Membership

You will be required to provide your membership number during the registration process. If you need assistance retrieving your membership number, please contact the APACRS Secretariat at [email protected].

Group Registration

Group registration is available for groups of more than 5 delegates.

Payments will be processed through the PayPal portal.
A PayPal account is not required to complete the payment.

Note: All bank charges and currency exchange fees are to be borne by the remitter.
Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment at the prevailing rate(s).

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Replacement or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat no later than 29 April 2026

A handling fee of 5% of the registration fee, along with any applicable bank charges, will be deducted from each cancelled registration.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 29 April 2026.
Approved refunds will be processed after the annual meeting.

Onsite Loss of Name Badges

Name badges must be worn at all times during the congress and social events. Badges are non-transferable.

A replacement fee of USD 50 per badge applies for lost badges.

For safety reasons, children under the age of 18 will not be allowed to enter the scientific and exhibition halls at any time. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the premises at its discretion.
