This session offers a concise, practical overview of diplopia after cataract surgery, addressing common presentations including monocular, intermittent, constant, and distance diplopia, and how to differentiate optical from neuromuscular causes. Special emphasis will be placed on Sagging Eye Syndrome as an often overlooked cause of adult diplopia, followed by a case-based panel discussion on diagnosis and management.
