Yanin SUWAN

Associate Professor Yanin Suwan received her doctor of medicine degree with first-class honors from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. She completed a diploma in ophthalmology at prince of Songkla university, followed by glaucoma fellowship training at Ramathibodi hospital, Mahidol university, and at the New York eye and ear infirmary of Mount Sinai, New York, USA. She is currently a glaucoma lecturer at Ramathibodi hospital, Mahidol university, and serves as secretary of the Thai Glaucoma Society. Her clinical and research interests include glaucoma, ocular pathology, and ocular imaging, with particular emphasis on cataract management in glaucoma patients, glaucoma surgery, and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). She is actively involved in mentoring trainees, conducting national and international research, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, and participating as a speaker, session chair, and invited reviewer at major ophthalmology conferences.
