Assoc. Prof. Tina Wong is a senior consultant in the Glaucoma Service at the Singapore National Eye Centre, as well as the Head of Ocular Therapeutics and Drug Delivery Research Group at the Singapore Eye Research Institute, Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School. She holds an adjunct faculty position at the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, where she is co-Director of the Ocular Therapeutics and Engineering Centre.
Dr. Wong has published widely, and her research has led to the filing of several patents including one which received the prestigious President’s Technology Award in 2014. With this technology, she co-founded a start-up company now moving towards commercialization.
